Not to keep you in suspense any longer, here are those 3 ways you can use Dubsado to create a fully automated inquiry sequence with all the personal touches. And, there’s one main star of the show to make it happen – Dubsado’s workflow feature. Here’s how:

1. Automate with Lead Capture Forms 

Dubsado’s lead capture forms can be designed to complement your branding and embedded on your website’s contact page or any page you prefer. Potential clients are used to completing a contact form to inquire with a business so nothing will feel cold doing so. Also, the lead capture form will automatically pull these leads into the Dusbado system for you.

Making it personal: Attaching a Dubsado workflow to the lead capture form gives you the opportunity to have a personal note sent to the client for you based on the responses from your contact form questions using smart fields. Talk about a great first impression!

2. Automate with Canned Emails

Having canned emails set in Dubsado allows the system to communicate with potential clients on your behalf using the send email action in the workflows you build in Dubsado. Once mapped out correctly, Dubsado can send all next steps to a potential client via email with the necessary Pricing Guide or Services Guide, etc. included.

Making it personal: The timing of any email reply is key to making a client feel that there is thought and intention behind your emails.
